-C-CATS, Clemson's Challenge for Academically Talented Students, is a program designed specifically for high achieving 9th and 10th grade students. C-CATS introduces students to Clemson University through exciting weekend adventures that engage them in the academic, social and recreational best Clemson has to offer. This program is limited to students in the top 10% of their class ranking. Mr. Bennett in guidance will submit Forestview nominations on December 10. See him if you are interested in being nominated.
-COLLEGE APPLICATION WEEK IS November 16-20 and the goal is to provide every graduating high school senior the opportunity to apply to college online using CFNC.org. Examples include: TWB, Commissioner's school, governor's school, student hobbies, student summer jobs, beach vacations or overseas trip photos. -The North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics (NCSSSM) is a public residential high school for academically talented juniors and seniors. The school offers academic programs designed to educate tomorrow's scientific and technological leaders. Interested students and families are invited to attend an Open House to be held on October 31.
